    By providing my information below, I hereby apply for admission as a member of the Revelstoke Trees for Tots Society.  

    I understand that my membership must be renewed at least 7 days prior to the Annual General Meeting to be eligible to vote. 

    The Revelstoke Trees for Tots Society operates under a set Constitution, Bylaws and Operating Principles. 

    ​Members are eligible to vote at the AGM and any special meetings. 
    *Annual memberships are $5 and can be paid by e-transfer (preferred) or cash.

    • Memberships will be considered active upon payment
