A look back to the beginning of Trees for Tots

Trees For Tots started as a fundraiser in 1989 to offer financial assistance, where possible, to families in Revelstoke whose children need to travel outside our community for specialized medical services. Revelstoke citizens purchased a bulb to light the Christmas Tree (Tree For Tots).

In 1991, Trees For Tots became a registered Non Profit Society and a Registered Charity to continue this invaluable support for Revelstoke.

Here is a snapshot of this history ~ local volunteer, Hector Scarcelli assists with putting up the tree that will be lit by the fundraiser Christmas bulbs.
